A Word from Our Founder

Growing up, I dreamed of becoming a lawyer like my father. But alongside my passion for law, I found myself drawn to technology. In middle and high school, I taught myself web development, explored threat intelligence, and even experimented with hacking tools. Yet, I didn’t realize that these self-taught projects were laying the foundation for my true calling.

When I decided to pursue a career in tech, the journey was anything but easy. Despite having the skills, I lacked confidence and struggled to find guidance. Mentors were scarce, and breaking into the industry felt like an uphill battle. But through resilience and hard work, I eventually found my place in the tech world—and that experience shaped my commitment to helping others.

I founded Cyfendry Academy to be the resource I wish I had. I believe success isn’t just about technical knowledge—it’s about building confidence and having the right support system. That’s why our programs focus on mentorship, real-world skills, and creating an environment where students feel empowered to thrive.
